365 days Returns Policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return any order to us for a full refund when purchased online.

Our Archant 365-day free return policy allows you to focus on the products you want and return the ones you don't. So, if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase we're providing a free returns policy within 365 days of the initial purchase.

Our Return Process is easy to complete.
Simply, visit ‘My Orders’ and click ‘Return’ to follow through the process with your details. We'll get you a return label to print out, which you can affix to the parcel.
You can choose to get a courier to pickup, arrange a courier yourself or drop at your local post office. Once submitted your return will be approved by our team and refunded once the goods are received. 


1. Log into your Account

Once logged in, click 'My Orders' and select the order you wish to return by clicking 'Return Items'

2. Process your return Online

Fill out your information and select your delivery details. You can choose to get your item picked up, organize return yourself or arrange your own courier providor to pickup.

3. Print the Return Form and Affix to your parcel

Once processed, we'll send you a return form to affix to your package or specify the Return Authorisation number (i.e. RA####) on the package. Please ensure the package is well package to prevent any damage. Once we've received the items, we'll process your refund. (Note: if you return your items before 30 days you will be credited and no monetry transaction needs to occur)

We will refund your return for a full refund, no questions asked

Your return order must be returned with the following conditions:
a) Within 365 days of the purchase 
b) In the original condition as was received.
c) Free Return will only apply on online orders, on stocked items (not Extra Choice) and when the returns are placed through our online returns process. (View restock fees via phone and email below.)

Note: the initial Freight & Handling fee will not be refunded.

Note: Unfortunately we cannot process your stone return online. Please call us on 0800 ARCHANT (0800 272 4268) if you want to return your stone order.


Once the Online Return Form has been completed, we will approve your Return and you can send the items back to us. The full refund of the items will be processed once we have received the items and they meet the above conditions. Your refund will be processed in the same method which you made payment.

Sample Order Returns via Email or Phone

We will accept any sample order return for a full refund if they meet the above conditions. Returns on sample orders are exempt from all restocking fees and the return delivery cost will be paid by Archant. The definition of a sample order is any order with a Sample note on them.

Standard Returns via Email or Phone

We accept returns for a full refund however restocking and re-handling fees apply when returned via email or phone. We encourage you to get an Archant Online Account so you can order and return online, free of charge.

When returning via email or phone the following restocking and re-handling fees apply:
1)Handles & Tapware - Restock and Re-handling fee - $9.50 + GST
2)Sinkware - Restock and Re-handling Fee - $20 + GST

We will process your return, send you a label to affix to your parcel and if the product is faulty under warranty or your order was a Sample Order, Archant will pay the return delivery fee.

Once we receive the item and is in the original condition as was sent, we will process a full refund of the product.
